As per club notes, circulated today via e-mail, Swords are back in training come next Monday evening!!
Mondays will be fitness sessions on the track from 7-8pm for the first 4 weeks, returning to the pitch in September - might be worthwhile to bring a yoga mat!!?
Wednesdays will be skills sessions from 7-8.30pm on the pitch.
It goes without saying that both nights are compulsory for aspiring first & second team players. Be ready to rock at 7pm sharp.
